I have Edge and Chrome
Tonight Chrome asked me to change my BT password.
But then I had an attachment that Chrome couldn't open, so I thought I'll try Edge
Edge wouldn.t open with the new password, but did open with the old one.
I don't want to have two passwords for BT

Why did Chrome ask you to change your password. BTMail and its use of passwords have nothing to do with Chrome.
Can you clarify how you received the message to change your BTMail password.

Sorry, I can't remember how the message arrived, but I'm sure it was from Chrome, not BT
Why I don't know, but the problem has resolved itself, and I now have one password !
