I’ve heard the earliest trial users everything was ordered for them and they’ve now moved onto the stage where they are training colleagues in call centres to process orders so issues aren’t being flagged until an order is made.
I signed my Dad up to the trial and he has an account issue that’s also unresolved so far but we have no details as to the issue at hand.
His account predates mine by a number of years so I don’t know if the account number being GB for mine and MY for his has any bearing.
In one of my conversations with BT customer service I was told that the digital voice trial is not just a trial of technology, customer service procedures in dealing with digital voice are also in trial mode. I do hope that the technical aspects of the trial are smoother than the customer service aspects!!
Well that saves me a phone call.
I am on the trial and the last email I got was the beginning of July saying that they would start placing orders on my account and that:
"You will hear from us in the next two weeks regarding the next steps of trial and when we need you to have a conversation with our trial advisors to place your order."
I haven't heard anything since, but clearly I am not alone and they are very busy, so I'll just wait to hear.

Not sure if someone is reading this thread from the trials team but my call to place an order is now booked for Friday, got the email confirmation today.
It may not have been headed up NDA, but you will have signed an agreement not to disclose what you are trialing.
I’d better look at what I signed !! Or agreed to online !
