So I have the new hub and a disc now for more than 10 days and this is the second time I cant connect to the wifi or I have 2-9Mbit in the disc.
I am a BT customer for more than 3 yrs and I was happy that's why I did not change supplier, but this is very disappointing.
I don't want to restart it and reset it every week.
Have you turned off Smart Setup What is Smart Setup on the BT Hub? How can I turn it on and off? | BT Help
Also go into the hub Advanced Settings, Wireless and make sure it's in mode 1
If that doesn't clear it then do a factory reset on the hub but be advised that you will have to repeat the above when it restarts
