BT Dongle - error 12046

Hello

 

I recently downloaded the update to the BT Access Manager and since then am unable to connect with the dongle.  It searches, connects briefly and then disconnects.

 

Since this happened I've tried numerous fixes none of which have worked. 

 

I have a new dongle, have uninstalled and reinstalled the software and have manually added the 4 programmes to my firewall.  None of this has worked, I still get the 12046 error code.  I've even tried with my firewall switched off and it still wouldn't connect.

 

Any one else having issues since downloading the update?
