I have recently installed the BT Email app on Android but the notifications aren't working. I don't get anything when a new email arrives. All my settings in the app are on for notifications. Any suggestions?
I was using Bluemail but when checking my emails after a period away from my emails, it was very slow at updating with the new emails whereas BT Email is much quicker.
If you check the reviews on the BTMail app download page you will see that there has been issues with the notification and that it should be resolved in the next update.
