I am new to this forum - but really need some help.....
i accidentally deleted one of the sub-accounts off my e-mail that was used all the time, as I misread the name and deleted the wrong address.
is there any way to get this address reinstated ?
If you log onto your MyBT the account may still be there in a "suspended" state.
Have a look at this link it will give you an idea of how to restore it.
Just to clarify, it is an email account you have deleted and not just a contacts email address?
If you are a BT Premium email account holder you should contact the Premium email team to see if they can help
As an aside, if you are a BT Broadband customer you should ask to have your Premium email accounts associated with your BT Broadband account and this would have stopped the need to pay for it.
It is a Sub Account of my master e-mail address.
I have tried to get them to associate with my Broadband without sucess......
I have notified the moderators of the forum about your problem. Once they have read this they may be able to help. They are a BT UK based team and if they can help they will reply via this thread asking you to contact them via a link. They are very busy at present so once you have replied to them by the link, it can take 48 hours for them to re-contact you.
