I recently put the BT mail app on my mobile and after a couple of days I got a message saying that my authorisation token had expired and I needed to re-enter my credentials.
A text came from BT saying that my account had been compromised. When I got home I logged on via my PC and found that I needed to reset my password.
This was done and all is well, but the issue with the token still exists. Is this a scam? In which case I will delete the app and reload it.
As recommended on other threads, uninstall the BT email app and install Blue Mail
