BT Email

I have recently been changed from BT Yahoo mail to BT mail and I find BT mail is not as good there is no backgrounds for Christmas and Birthday Etc emails it is not easy to resize pictures or move them. Also the folder list does not stay wide enough as the default the small icons are too near to the names and can be clicked on by mistake.

I am hoping that a new updated email service will be available soon.

I have a very fast computer with good internet speeds so why is BT mail the slowest pages on the internet with big square dots to look at while waiting for page to come up.

Also when are you going to update BT mail as there are so many things wrong with it.

No options for background pages for Christmas and Birthdays etc.

No resizing or positioning of pictures.

Left hand column too narrow if altered wider goes back to default.

When I was on BT Yahoo Mail I did not have these problems.

Just realised I'm suffering from, 'Stockholm syndrome' LOL I've had these issues too since migration but have just grown to live with them. Also, the inability to see that you have a new message sent to a sub folder whilst in 'inbox' view is still a major issue. (As is the inoperative 'rules' function).

Still I'm still awaiting v 2.20 which may help and we haven't had a new version release now for over 3 months!

Hi,

Are you on the latest ver 2.20.2?

Just realised that I am now & takes even longer to load up etc. Some emails don't load at all until I refresh the webpage.

Anyone else having issues?
