BT Essentials Wi-Fi Extender 300 Change SSID and password

I have a BT Essentials Wi-Fi Extender 300 which broadcasts on EXT-BTBHub6-xxxx

I have set my hub to broadcast on two SSIDs - one for business and one for guests.  I have a couple of hotspots set up which broadcast on the two SSIDs. I would like to get the BT Essentials Wi-Fi Extender 300 to broadcast the guests' ID and password.

Is that possible or should I buy another hotspot?
