I got BT Fibre 1 because I knew my line could support the 55/10 profile but it looks like it has been set up wrong.
if i wanted to be capped at 40/10 i would have got the cheaper essentials package.
How can this be uncapped so my line can sync at the correct speed, which if the 3db profile kicks in would be close to 55.

As the snr is at 7db and sync at 39999 it seems rather obvious to me that the line has been provisioned at 40/10 instead of 55/10.
The line attainable is 42 with a target SNR of 6db, with g.inp and the 3db snr the line should be close to 55.
Except you are on an ECI cab so no G.INP.
There are multiple cabinets at that pcp.....
The line is on a huawei cabinet, as shown by g.inp already being active.
Also in the stats elsewhere it shows a broadcom chipset.
So do I just get ripped off or how do I get the correct profile applied?
I mean surely I'm dragging down the 50mbit average that BT advertise.
Surely if i'm sold Fibre one apply the 55/10 profile not 40/10, it costs more than fibre essentials and I got it for the 55/10 profile.
