Spoke with FTTP team today and even after replacing the SH2 and testing via wired into the back of the hub, upload is sub400MB/s and download is ~105MB/s. According to the tech that I spoke to the D/L is being affected by congestion in the area - not sure whether this is true... Anyway have logged a formal complaint!
I have an engineer booked for 25th Nov and see what he says ( will check light levels etc.)
going to try to bypass the SH2 directly into the ONT and see what speeds I get.

My connection had been spot on since you guys resolved the issue on 2nd October via this thread.
I've had to restart both the SH2 & ONT today and my connection over ethernet is now very very bad please see below, it was fine moments before I had to unplug everything today as I was very worried this could occur 😞

I've been on this package for a few months now and it took a good few weeks to get my upload speed sorted. I've been checking over the past few days and it appears I am once again capped at 50Mb upload speeds. Can a mod please assist me? Thanks!
@wizpip I'm sorry to see your upload speed has dropped, have you recently reset your Hub?
Upload definitely capped again, download has improved a bit overnight. Please can someone push the fix that worked previously to my SH2 ? Thanks
