Morning all,
I have just signed up to BT Broadband but currently have relatively low speeds compare to my previous address. This is due to this address only having FTTC not FTTP.
Is there anywhere I can find out when FTTP is likely to be available in my area or how I can look to accelerate this process. I would love to purchase the TV packages through BT but I am being prevented to do so as I am worried the line won't take it. Instead my money is going to Sky and a satellite dish is having to be installed on a cottage 😞
Any help would be much appreciated.
Kind regards,
Simon Mortimer
Only Openreach would be able to tell you that, as they provide the FTTP network, not BT Retail.
