BT Open Reach installed modem (white modem, all fibre cables, etc.) last week. I've been told by the end of the week I should be able order broadband and line. We have Monday 08/09/2014 and still nothing. After wasting over an hour on the phone my conclusion is: from last 12 weeks nothing change. Lady over the phone (BT Customer Service) still saying I have normal broadband 8MB speed and this is inposible that I have fibre cables, because my area shows her only normal broadband not a fibre optic.
I'm tired waiting longer.
Any clue what to do next?
The developer who build these houses request this in March 🙂
Few months later they managed to install these cables and modems but there is still no "light" in the tunel.
