BT Fon and BT Openzone questions

Hi,

I have recently opted in to BT Fon.  I don't have a Home Hub (need a more powerful router) so does this mean I will not be sharing my connection (or does BT change my router on the sly)?

Regarding Openzone, what username should I use (it isn't obvious), because my BT Infinity (opt 2) package apparently comes with Openzone access.

Thanks in advance!

Re: BT Fon and BT Openzone questions

Yes - you won't be sharing

BT can do whatever they like to their supplied hubs only....

AFAIK it's still the primary email account holders name and password - as per using FON

Re: BT Fon and BT Openzone questions

In addition to DS comments, in the BTOZ landing page, sign in as a BT broadband customer on the drop down menu.

Re: BT Fon and BT Openzone questions

Many thanks for both your replies. Is there anyway for users with OZ access via TB/Infinity to access Openzone via intermediaries such as Boingo (who operate in BAA airports) and have an OZ option in thier login? My user details don't appear to work...

Thanks in advance!

Re: BT Fon and BT Openzone questions

As AQ mentioned, you need to sign in as a BT customer - I'd say if Boingo don't have this option, then you can't use it.
