That worked, didn't recognise my telephone number but did recognise my email. So it was just a normal login to find it.

Thanks

Opted out whilst I try and sort out speeds on 5GHz.

Any update on this problem?

I am 2 weeks into BT Infinity & find I have the same issue. 5ghz speeds drop from 50mbps to 5mbps. Speed is temporarily restored by channel change. 2.4ghz remains steady, also Apple Airport Express as 5ghz wifi extender continues to work perfectly so problem points to HH5 router....

Well my wifi networks have gone ( the ones others can use ) and so far after a reset my 5GHz has been above 35Mbps for over 24 hours.

I'll keep you posted.

Re: BT HH5 and fibre - slow wifi

Is 35Mbps tested via WiFi to an Internet site? This still seems pretty low as for a local connection e.g., my laptop via WiFi to my Gigabit Ethernet connected NAS on the local LAN, I see speeds of ~200 Mbps.

Regards

It's using BT test servers:

www.http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/

It's a 38Mbps package, so not expecting any more.
