Extenders don't have an IP address but the mini hotspot does, however you can't see it in the hub manager, you need to launch the BT Device Configuration Tool for that.

Even then it's not much use as entering the IP address into a browser just sends you to a very limited web server

......where you can set a static IP address and change the SSID and password etc.

@grandsire02  Just to be absolutely clear, can you confirm you only have one extender connected to the hub and not two?
