BT Home Hub 2.0 - loses configuration and goes back to defaults?

It has happened about three times now. All working fine and then things stop working. I check on the hub and find it has gone back to all defaults - including default admin password/asking you to type in and change from scratch.

 

Firmware is latest:

Version 8.1.H.J (Type A)

 

I have a backup of the config, so I can go back in and reload it, reset and all is fine. But dont know why it is performing this sort of reset?

 

Any ideas appreciated.

sounds like your hub need replaced.  if in contract then phone up CS India 08001114567 and tell them it keeps resetting and you want a replacement
