I have had problems with my BT Home Hub recently, and was sent another one (think it was refurbished). It’s all working fine but there is no blue light showing. When you re-start the hub it goes through all colours (green, & orange), then settles with no light on. I’ve gone to the BT Smart hub manager and hub light control status is “on”, brightness “100%”. Can you help resolve please?

If you think it is a reconditioned hub did you try a factory reset by pressing the recessed button on back and holding 20/30 secs until lights flash

BT advised that there must be a problem with the router and have now sent a replacement. All is well...... at least for now 🙂
