Following a recent BT Broadband home-move, pretty much everything that could go wrong has gone wrong and I am simply appalled with the service from BT. To add insult to injury, various charges were taken from my bank account, of which I was never informed of, resulting in me reversing the direct debit payment and cancelling it completely.
My complaint has been in 'limbo' since the 26th May where all I get is a random call from the Indian call centre who simply have no holistic view of the situation, and all they are trying to do is get me to accept the lowest possible compensation cost. They are completely out of touch. I am trying very hard to get matters resolved but quite frankly it is like banging your head against a brick-wall, hence the forum post here.
I really need to speak to someone in the UK customer care centre who can look at my case and look to get matters resolved as soon as possible.
