Re: BT HomeHub 2 broadband connection drops

hi it should increase immediately as to which end of the cable to disconnect you can use either end it should stay until the line is seen stable and may drop again if it does and the problem re appears then we can get you intouch with the forum mods and get them to get a fixed noise margin set

Re: BT HomeHub 2 broadband connection drops

There are a lot of error seconds showing, which is probably due to noise being picked up.

Are you connected to the "test" socket at the moment?

So is my problem the noise then?? If so How can I fix this because I have tried the previous solution and it hasn't changed it at all 😞

Thanks again

Re: BT HomeHub 2 broadband connection drops

Well 46 losses of framing and 28 errored seconds in just 41 seconds, assuming that you restarted the home hub when you moved it to the test socket, is not very good, and would indicate some form of external interference being picked up on your phone line.
