Okay I have done some swaps with routers between master and test sockets and both BT Home Hub and Netgear router cannot maintain a 12 hour+ connection and will drop - As an online gamer this is very frustrating... I am losing my paitience with this and I cannot help but think no one knows what is wrong and just taking a wild guess at everything and I also fear that I am running out of options for which I can do myself and will have to ring the terrible dreaded BT Customer services 😞
Please any other suggestions??

They are a UK based BT specialist team who have a good record at getting problems solved
I think the mods are your best chance of getting your connection sorted. are you still using the netgear? if so try installing a program routerstats lite which will give you far more information on your conenction. I use netgear and run router stats which helps me keep a check and see potential problems
