Re: BT HomeHub 4R and iPV6

Not sure what a Hub 4R is, but assuming Hub 4 of some kind, BT's Neil McRae in the October 2016 UK IPv6 Council - BT Update stated that Hub 5 and Hub 4 will see IPv6 enabled in early 2017.

In his talk, Neil stated that it would likely be Hub 5 first and Hub 4 second as there was a "big challenge" and that the software on Hub 4 says needs a lot of work to make it work with IPv6.

The video isn't too long, but jump to about 3min 30sec for the support in the Hubs and when IPv6 was to be enabled.

Re: BT HomeHub 4R and iPV6

The HH4R was the retail version of the HH4 that could be used by non BT customers.

Re: BT HomeHub 4R and iPV6

Thanks for that @gg30340. I learnt something new... and right at the end of the day.

@kmcguinness9 The talk Neil McRae gave simply mentioned Hub 4 in a generic way so you may be lucky.
