BT Hub 5 Type B

Having just upgraded to BT Infinity 2 on Monday and coming across no problems, we have today, hit a glitch.

Wi-fi is problematic and ethernet connections are not working.

However, i can see all the connected devices, just not use them all.

My MAC will not connect to the hub, neither will my sons XBOX1 and his Macbook, also the THREE home signal isnt connected.

HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLPPPPP me Smiley Mad

Re: BT Hub 5 Type B

Have now tried several resets of the Hub 5b and still we wait for a replacement.

Really hope this solves the problem, as at present ethernet connections work occasionally and wifi to certain phones dont work !!

Can't believe that the hub went faulty after only 2 days ??

Ah well we live in hope.

anyone got any wonderful ideas Smiley Very Happy
