Whenever I tried to do a Broadband Test via BT link it's keeps informing me that my "BT ID in not linked to my BT account".
Recently my BT line has been down again for 4 x days (fault external) and was finally fixed this afternoon. I requested the VOLA number and fault report but was unable to access this information, again - "BT ID in not linked to MY BT account".
I can log into MY BT account and can view billing etc, profiles etc etc. But tracking faults or speed tests I get the same message. Any ideas please, Thanks
Yes, I'm using the primary BT ID. I only have one recognized BT ID. Get message " BT ID doesn't appear to be link to BT account" when you link on the LINK to link to my Account it jumps strainght into my Home page account.

Sorry this is still ongoing I haven't forgotten about you and I'm chasing this with the bt.com team.
Notes I can see on the case suggest they may have identified the cause of the issue just working now to get it rectified.
