Hello BT Community.
I currently have 2 BT ID's
One I wish to keep as my Primary, which currently is not. The other I wish to eliminate. The one I wish to banish contains access to 2 email addresses I would like to transfer to that which I would keep as Primary.
Is it possible to configure my dilemma?

You would need to contact the BT billing team, they deal with all things related to a BT ID
