You do not need to pay for an engineer. There is a fault.

 

They should advise you that if the fault is with your property you will get charged £130 for the engineer but they can not charge you if there is no fault with your equipment or internal wiring.

 

You have done as much as possible to eliminate it being your equipment or internal wiring.

 

Call them back and insist on an engineer.
