I have a BT Infinity 1 BT broadband (Up to 38Mb download speed. Up to 9.5Mb upload speed). For past month, I am experiencing a very slow download speed.
I was on a 12 month contract which is expired this month - March. My broadband problem started from february. The BT customer support were forcing me to extend my contract for another 12 months which I refused. Since then, my broadband problem started.
I ran the speed check from BT website. Here is the screen shot.

I connected my PC with the router using wired network cable. Also, I did the test using test socket.
Can you repeat the speedtest but also carry out the "further diagnostics" test and post the results.. If you're in the test socket then you need an engineer visit as your connection speed is below the estimated speeds for your line.
