I guess the fault is the speed drop which you indicated could be due to the hub being restarted alot.
After 2-3 days of leaving the hub alone it must have restarted arounbd 8.40am this morning as it is showing as 6 hours 20 uptime.
The speed has now gone up to 40mb. Do you think it will continue to increase and I should cancel the engineer visit for Monday?
Can you post the line stats again now the speed has increased please. If it has gone up to 40Mb it looks as though DLM might be relenting.

Hmm, looks like the banding has been removed, but something is still not right. Your snrm is only 5.5 yet your attainable rate is much higher than your actual rate, maybe it is because G.Inp hasn't kicked in again yet. I would give it a week and see what happens.
