So recently my connection has been upgraded from BT Infinity 1 to BT Infinity 2 and my download speed has decreased by 15MB, I Used to get around 33MB Download but it has now slowed to 18MB, and This was since the upgrade; My upload has gained 1.1 MB which in my opinion still isn't what I should be dealing with. This is currently the best connection I can get but the speeds fluxuate so much it's not reliable at all; at one point the upload was at 6MB for one hour then decrease to 2.4 Again; I am just using a Grey ADSL cable if that helps and not the Red one for Fibre
Please run THIS speedtest, after the first test completes click on the Further Diagnostics button and post that result.
From the availabilty checker there appears to be no advantage being on Infinity 2 as your max download is within Infinity 1.

On the hub management page click on Troubleshooting then Helpdesk, you will then need to enter the admin password.
