Looks like you are suffering from congestion in the backhaul that will require BTWholesale to provide extra capacity to overcome.

You can't. They should already be aware of it but hopefully the mods will pick this up and give them a nudge.

The mods are currently very busy and are taking 5-7 working days to deal with issues.
Once you complete and send the email you join a queue of other customers all of whom consider their problem a priority hence why mods reply in order email received to ensure everyone is treated equally. At present it is really busy with referrals it is taking about 7 working days for mods to contact you either by phone or email
