I really am starting to regret joining BT
Speed tests are reporting my download tonight at around 42mb with upload around 11mb
heres my HH stats

The BT Wholsale speedtest is reporting 75.5 mbps speeds and 15.29 mbps with IP 77.43 AND 20.
Why is just about every other speedtest reporting speeds at around 40mbps
these tests are all wired.
On the phone to BT India about as much use as a chocolate fireguard
Basically been told theres no issues with my BB anything else I can help you with Sir..............mad doesn't cut it.
The day of my install I was told our external wiring was obsolete and it would be replaced to date I've never been called like I was told I would be.
This is weird
my phone via 5ghz was giving 70mb plus but has now gone back to 43mb
heres a test wired no other internet activity
Would I be able to get a mod to look at this , I have no confidence in my phone report.
Use this speed tester then carry out the further diagnostics and post back a screen shot of all the results including your IP profile for up and down.
This is the only test that BT will use. Make sure tht you do it wired. Also post the most recent stats from your homehub.
