Just in the past two weeks we have been expereincing really bad speed - going from 60mbps to around 20 :S
Shocking - Slow speed are affecting browsing gaming and streaming movies all now buffering!
I saw a BT van a few weeks ago this was after our initial install which was only 4 months ago,
Can someone please advise anything that I can do before I pick up the phone and call support ?
Can you post your line stats from the HH5 please? These are in Troubleshooting/Helpdesk on the web interface at http://192.168.1.254
Lines 1-13 will be enough
The stats look fine. Can you try streaming over your BT Wifi connection and see if that's buffering too?
Yeh done the streaming over wifi and its still quite bad!
I ran a hub speed test and got this back..
Download - 62.54
Upload - 13.28
What would your reccommend for the wireless channel settings ? auto or set to one channel!
