BT Infinity 2 Third party router

Hi All,

         need some help, trying to replace my HH5 with a new router, tried the ASUS DSL AC68U, it doesnt seem to reconise the cable connection, i havent got the white cable modem from BT DSL plugs straight into my HH5 router, 

am i doing something wrong ?

Welcome to the forum.

You need to put in a couple of settings for the connection.

On the Internet page-

User Name:  bthomehub@btinternet.com

Password:     bt

then look for VLAN ID and set it to 101
