BT Infinity - Do you have to be a BT Broadband customer or can you migrate?
BT Infinity - Do you have to be a BT Broadband customer or can you migrate from your existing service provider with a MAC Code?
I received a telephone call Wednesday 28th July from BT, stating they had upgraded my exchange, I asked them to call back as I was unsure whether the 18.1mb download would justify the extra £18.00 per month increase for the BT Infinity option 2 from my present service provider (Not with BT at the moment).
BT said they would telephone back Friday evening the 31st July, sadly they hav`nt telephoned, and they never gave me a number to telephone BT.

You don't need a BT Broadband contract to sign up to Infinity, but you will need a MAC to move from your current provider to BT Infinity. As a matter of interest, if I want Infinity, then I will have to get a new contract, and pay extra money for infinity.
