Why e-mail me on a Saturday morning at 5.02am to say you will be coming between 8am and 1pm on Monday, and then not turn up ?
Why didn't you call me or e-mail me to let me know you wouldn't be coming ?
Why hang up on me when I ring to make a complaint about a day wasted at home, and lost pay, waiting for you to arrive ?
Why am I not prioritised for another appointment, instead of you e-mailing the next day to say it will be over a month before you can come ?
You seem to think that just because you have the monopoly, you can provide a poor service and get away with it.
I'm sick of patronising, false apologies and would like answers to the above please.
Contact the moderators, if the Engineer doesn't show up unfortunely all you can get back is £10 I think?
Also, another appointment is arranged within the next week if they don't show up.
