BT Infinity (Residential) to BT Infinity (Business) question

Hi there, i'm considering switching my package from residential to business, but before i do so i'd like some clarification on a few things.

 

I know youcan purchase static IP addresses for £5/Month, however the IP's you purchase, does this allow me to use my own PTR (reverse dns)?

Additionally, is there any reason why theres a 100gb cap on option 2 for business unless you tack on an additional £5/month?
