I had BT Infinity installed today. I have 2 phone sockets in my living room. The master socket is next to 2 plug points which are in use, so i asked if the master could be moved to the socket the other side of the room (4 plug points not being used next to it). The engineer did this no problem but now the old master socket does not work.
Should it have been left like this? The new socket has also been fitted wonky which is a pain in the **bleep**.
