For Infinity you should use: http://www.speedtester.bt.com/ for your speedtests because not only does it show your download and upload speed, it also shows you what download and upload profiles you are on.

The difference is that speedtest.btwholesale.com uses flash and speedtester.bt.com uses java.

Both work and both return the profile.

The two of you should check your facts. With the BT Wholesale tester you have to click further diagnostics to get the IP Profile.
