I pay for the top of the range BT Infinity package that states that I should get 75MB download speeds. The last couple of months I have I had varying speeds from 58MB to 75MB. BT comes to fix it, speed goes back up to 75MB and after a few weeks it goes down again. Has anyone else had this problem too? If so, how can I get BT to fix the issue permanently?
Mr Patterson got his team to swing into action and I was assigned a UK Executive to personally deal with my issue. Issue is now resolved, but we are monitoring it for the next few days....;-)
Engineer found no fault on the line. Swapped from BT Hub 4 to BT Hub 5 and speed increased to 75.12Mbps d/l and 16.47Mbps u/l.
