Got a new lnfinity connection and HH5 a couple of weeks ago, new phone cable outlet installed too. Something is wrong with the upload speed and the customer service helpline could not assist.
BT Speedtest results below. Download speed is great but poor upload performance renders the entire service fairly useless. HH reset, device resets etc etc have all been carried out.
Any ideas on how to improve upload?

Up - 0.04 of 10.00 max

According to your hub stats you are getting full speed for Infinity 1.
Have you tried the test socket and a different ethernet cable?
