That's a constructive reply. I was asking a simple question. If it is not, according to BT, their fault would the next thing to do be to find out what EA are saying or doing about it rather than just having a rant or being abusive!
All they have described is playing FIFA matches themselves testing BT ADSL vs Infinity, Infinity vs Infinity and also Bt vs other isp's (I think)
They've done very little tbh, they started working on it a week ago and I doubt all their time was prioritised on this so all in all they probably spent a day or two testing a few fifa matches on their pristine network they have set up at HQ or other premises.
Found out my contract is actually up and I'm just on a rolling contract now so it's a cya to BT Infaility.
