If BT have given up on us then I've given up on them. I've just made contact with sky who can provide me with the same service
I'm sure if you explained the situation to Sky and why you want to switch they would be willing to payoff the contract. Their customer service is terrific and they do a lot for customers and of course with the BT/Sky rivalry one can assume they would be glad to help. I think my leaving fee is around £200, jesus wept god help me!!
Any chance you can help us get answers from BT regarding what tests the carried out while trying to fix the issues we are all suffering from? Pretty please
