Re: BT Infinity canceld for no reason and no support from Indian call enter
Yesterday after talking to 11 people and getting nowhere I finally got to the right guy. Everything is reordered and engineer comes tommorow to re connect.
The service I got from the last Indian service employee is more than anyone could wish for. It was BT's fault but still having good service makes a difference and it's ashame that he has to apology for the other 10 before that just make it worse
Is there where I can tell bt how great that guy was?
I let you know how it ended as I really not want to type anymore in my phone.
