BT Infinity connection down in Manchester City Centre
My connection drops at least once or twice an evening, then this wednesday it went down for a considerable amount of time, and now today it's been down since the early hours of the morning. I've just got a solid orange light on the hub.
Anyone else in Manchester having issues? I've phoned support twice, only for them to put me on hold for 25mins before confirming what i knew all along - that there was a fault on the line! Well duh!! I've had no feedback whatsoever on how long it'll take to fix.
Pretty shoddy service from BT. I'm self employed and work from home. I *need* my connection to be online in order to trade and make a living.
I was with Talk Talk for over 18months before switching to BT, and my connection never once went down for longer than 5mins.
If you are needing the line for a business you should get a business account which will give you a better service level agreement and you would so not be breaking the Terms and Conditions of a residential line.
