My service has been fine since the past year or so up until last night. It began about 11PM and all devices, whether wired or wireless all suffer from constant drops in connection.
It is getting beyond frustrating. Last night it took me over an hour to watch a 25 minute episode on netflix...needless to say my patience is at its end and I need a solution.
I have tried restarting my router multiple times to no avail.
Have you checked for BT Network faults in your area?
If its a Homehub 5 you have I would stop resetting it. It could be interpreted by DLM (Dynamic Line Management) as a fault and it will lower your speeds which can take a few weeks to recover.
If you have a seperate Openreach modem and homehub, resets of the Homehub are OK but again, don't reset the modem more than once.
