Hi I know exactly where your coming from we have had nothing but trouble at least you have managed engineer visits. We are told they do not do engineer visits and we are paying a hell a lot a month. They even sold us a free to box telling us an engineer would set it up. We're still waiting four months later. When we phone them we were told AGAIN THEY DO NOT SEND OUT ENGINEERS. THEY obviously lie to their customers or dint know there company policy to provide the services. We are going to take legal advice and terminate.
