I guess that must be the case here. I had BT Infinity installed in May 2012. Everything was fine till about a month ago. I recontracted at the end of Junary this year so I should not have any traffic management, but if this is the case it looks like that traffic management is still in place. Can any of the mods look into this for me?
So I had a third call today from 1st line support. What I noticed though was that few hours before that call the speed went back to normal. To be honest it is actually even faster than it was before. Then during the call they told me that the issue was raised with BT Wholesale. I asked what was done. The guy on the line as he said himself he was not technical so he just said that they changed some settings. Whatever that means so far so good and as the previous user mentioned you just have to wait and eventually something will be done.
