For a couple of weeks as my speeds are dropping in the evening, Normally it would run between 30 - 35 Mbps but for the last 2 weeks its gotten even worse between 6,30pm and 11pm (ish) my speeds are dropping to under 10Mbps, and 6 at weekends
There is no issue and my Hub is receiving over 35Mbps at day time off peak hours.
I've ran the BT wholesale check and further diagnostics, see below
i know you dont throttle but the speeds jsut keep getting worse.
Ye its becoming a problem when, netflix and youtube keeps buffering and kids cant play online games at 800ms
Thank you for sending in your details and for taking my call today. I've spoke to BT wholesale today and they've made a few changes to your circuit that should improve the speeds during peak time. The changes are due to take place over night tonight. I'll follow up with you again on Thursday to see how the connection is preforming.
How are things with your connection following on from the changes made by BT Wholesale? If you're still experiencing issue with the speed of your connection, please can you run the BT speed test using the link http://www.speedtest.btwholesale.com/
You'll need to run the "Further Diagnostics" once the first test completes.
I have been testing hespeeds since tuesday as the fix was on monday night,
So far its stable at normal speeds and not droping any more i will run a speed test tonite and will run some more later in the next few weeks but so far it seams fixed.
