Your speed is currently limited to 20meg, perhaps due to previous instability.

The change from the 38 to the 52mbps service will have zero impact on your connection.

You could request an engineer to come and check your line however as you're below the 25meg lower threshold that you would have been given for your line when you signed up.

I'm loathe to do that and get lumbered with another £130 call out.


Last time the engineer replaced some internal wiring that should have been changed on the initial install but I still was charged Smiley Frustrated
