The engineer said on the day of my activation my connection speed was 70mbps, and it stayed like that for 4 weeks but all of a sudden for the past week or so I've lost 10mbps. It's gone down to 60mbps! Is there any reason for this? and how can I get my connection back up to speed? Many thanks.
BT Infinity like normal Broadband is a rate adaptive service and means the speed of the connection can very depending on the conditions on the line and network at that point in time. What was the speed estimate given to you when you signed up to the service?
mine done the same after the 10 day phase lost 10mbps, went down to 65mbps, its back up to 70mbps all in all everything is good, no problems, touch my head for luck, anything is better than 4mbps ha ha
